This area of the website represents my most ambitious undertaking and set of interests: to theorize fame and its status in contemporary society and the evolutions that got it there. Given my love of posing it should come as no surprise that the perspective I work most predominantly from is that of performance rhetoric. Essentially, I engage the way that throughout the last century and into this one fame has become more about posing, projecting an image.
